Generally speaking, a robotic arm consists of the following parts:
1. The hand (or grasping mechanism) includes fingers, force transmission mechanisms, etc., mainly used for grasping and placing objects.
2. The transmission mechanism (or arm) includes wrists, arms, etc., mainly used to change the direction and position of objects.
3. The driving part is the power source for the first two parts, so it is also known as the power source. There are four commonly used driving forms: hydraulic, pneumatic, electric, and mechanical.
4. The control part is the command system for the actions of the robotic arm, which controls the sequence (program), position, and time (even speed and acceleration) of the actions.
5. Other parts such as the body, walking mechanism, travel detection device, and sensing device.
